Production technology

1 Solid urea or ammonium nitrate (ammonium nitrate phosphorus, etc.) after heating and melting into molten liquid, can also be directly used after evaporation and concentration of molten liquid. The phosphate fertilizer, potassium fertilizer, filler and additives are added into the molten liquid to make the mixed slurry.

2. The mixture will be sent into the tower pelletizing machine for spraying granulation, through the pelletizing machine spraying into the granulation tower material, in the process of falling from the tower, and the gas resistance rising from the bottom of the tower interaction, and after the heat exchange to fall to the bottom of the tower, into the bottom of the particle material, after screening surface treatment to get granular compound fertilizer.
