Product Overview

The cage mill is a medium-sized horizontal cage grinder. It can crush a variety of single fertilizers with a water content of less than 6%, and is especially suitable for materials with higher hardness, and suitable for crushing hard-grain materials such as monoammonium, diammonium, and urea.

The machine is designed according to the principle of impact crushing. The two sets of cage rods inside and outside rotate towards each other at a high speed. The materials are crushed by the cage rod impact from the inside out. It has a simple structure, high crushing efficiency, good sealing performance, stable operation, easy cleaning and maintenance.

Before use, the cage mill is placed in a certain position in the workshop. No equipment foundation is needed. It can be used after connecting to the power supply. The fineness of pulverization is controlled by the spacing of the double rollers. The smaller the spacing, the finer the fineness, and the output is relatively reduced. The better the effect, the higher the output. This equipment can be designed to be mobile according to user requirements.
